Hello, welcome to my store,
Hello welcome to my store

✔ One machine with three functions: blood sugar, uric acid, total cholesterol
✔ Fast output value: blood glucose and uric acid output value within 6-150s
✔Large LCD HD screen
✔ Micro blood sampling
✔300 groups of memories

purpose:
Blood glucose, uric acid and total cholesterol monitoring system
Designed to test the concentration of total cholesterol in the blood,
Blood sugar or uric acid in whole blood. It is not suitable for detecting newborns. The test strip can only be used to detect the concentration of total cholesterol, blood sugar or uric acid in fresh blood from the fingertips.

3 functions:
1) Glucose test:
If the fasting blood sugar and blood sugar within 2 hours after a meal are higher than normal, it may be diabetes

2) Total cholesterol:
High total cholesterol indicates high blood lipids, which can lead to insulin resistance. Insulin resistance itself increases cholesterol, and once insulin levels drop, blood sugar will increase.

3) Uric acid:
For reference only for gout, if the content of uric acid in the human body is too high, gout will occur. Therefore, this product can accurately measure the uric acid value to determine whether there is gout.

Test steps:
1. Turn the front cover of the blood sampling pen counterclockwise, put the base of the blood sampling needle on the needle holder, and ensure that it is installed correctly.
2. Screw on the front cover of the blood sampling pen and adjust the blood sampling depth.
3. Remove the test strip from the test strip, and immediately cover the test strip to keep other test strips dry.
4. Insert the contact wire part of the test paper into the detection port of the analyzer, and the analyzer will start automatically.
5. Make sure the code on the screen is the same as the code on the test strip. When water droplets are displayed on the s

Barrett’s oesophagus may be the precursor of all oesophageal adenocarcinomas

To cite: Curtius K, Rubenstein JH, Chak A, et al. Gut 2021;70:1435-1440.

Objective: Barrett’s oesophagus (BE) is a known precursor to oesophageal adenocarcinoma (OAC) but current clinical data have not been consolidated to address whether BE is the origin of all incident OAC, which would reinforce evidence for BE screening efforts. We aimed to answer whether all expected prevalent BE, diagnosed and undiagnosed, could account for all incident OACs in the US cancer registry data.

Conclusion: There are likely few additional OAC cases arising in the US population outside those expected from individuals with BE. Effective screening of high-risk patients could capture the majority of population destined for OAC progression and potentially decrease mortality through early detection and curative removal of small (pre)cancers during surveillance.
